Where we deliver

We deliver across all seven Emirates. Deliveries to Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait are arranged on request and quoted per shipment.

Processing and delivery time

• Handling: in-stock items are prepared within 1–3 business days of a confirmed order.
• Transit: 1–2 business days within Sharjah, Dubai and Ajman; 2–5 business days to the other Emirates.
• Special orders and project equipment: lead time is confirmed in writing on the quotation, typically 2–8 weeks depending on the manufacturer.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges depend on weight, volume and site access, and are confirmed on your quotation or order confirmation before you pay. Heavy equipment such as cold rooms, ovens and full kitchen fit-outs is quoted per site after we review the access.

Preparing your site

Please confirm the delivery address and an on-site contact, and check door widths, lift capacity and loading access in advance. Where equipment cannot be moved into position by the delivery team, additional handling is arranged and quoted separately.

Receiving your order

Count the packages against the delivery note and inspect for visible damage before signing. Record any damage on the delivery note and notify us within 48 hours — see our returns policy.

Installation and commissioning

Installation, MEP connection and commissioning are available as a service and are included in turnkey project scopes. They are not part of the standard delivery charge unless stated on your quotation.
